[@thewizardguy] you gave the Kolons free reign over your palace, and they turned it into a pearl colored, scribble covered, fairytale palace, complete with flowers, gardens, artificial rivers, and other things.

This all happens during the time skip, if there is one. Essentially after everyone leaves. So they will be done before nova wakes up with most everything, have the outside finished by the time the goa'uld arrive, and the grass grown by the time they sit down in the adorable kolonized dining hall they set up.
