[@Zeroth]: The thing with Torako is not that she's got a secret identity. If directly prompted she'll outright say she's the Tiger Lily, and she doesn't introduce herself as anything but "Ushijima Torako".

But she's so obfuscatingly ditzy, goofy, and harmless-looking that no-one suspects she's actually telling the truth, and not saying things to sound more impressive, get free food, or just for fun. No-one is meant to think she's remotely competent because she acts so silly.

She's supposed to be able to tell someone to their face that she's the Tiger Lily and maybe they'd believe it for a moment, but then they'd see her eat fifty meat buns and talk about how pretty birds are and how fun flying would be or something and think that there's no way someone so silly would ever be such a famed manslayer.
