Its kind of like the Victoria 2 System, you claim the territory on map (Preferably by coloring the map in yourself, but if not just saying in the post that you claim these territories) and if within your next post no one claims it then you get it. If someone does claim it then it results in either
A. Peaceful Resolution
B. No one gets it (If both nations back off)
C. War (depending on how violent both players are)
Though like I mentioned before I'll have tribal uprisings happen sometimes.
