Technically the Divine Dorm is the highest, but that isn't open to a first year. Only to a second year and higher. Dorms are based off of the attributes, in case you might not have noticed. Water and Fire are the respective mid and high tier second/third year dorms. Light is the highest possible first year dorm, and students in said dorm are pushed the most to do their best.

Well Shinrei and her share not caring about something which is a trait they have in common. Shinrei wouldn't mind her since he knows she won't try to stand in his way or try harass him when he hates having friends, because he is very anti-social and does not like dependency as he finds it is a weakness. Does she think the same way as he does?
