I have a few concerns regarding your character. 
[list][*]Why is it that he's so psychotic at such a young age? He is a success after all. 
[*]I need more limitations to make his abilities acceptable. 
[*]In my first explaination of the effects of the grafted DNA, the more animals, and the higher percentage, the more they'll look like an animal and the less likely they are to be a success. Having 30% animal DNA, from four different animals makes that highly impractical. 
[*]He also needs more weaknesses that aren't his instability if I'm going to accept that many abilities this early in the game. [/list]
