I work at a restaurant too as a cook, and you know what I can't stand about it? People that come in like ten or five minutes before closing and then take like an hour to order their food. Like who the fuck does that? Tonight for instance, my manager decided to send my assistant home early. Even though I was supposed to teach her how to close the restaurant. So I had to cook all of the orders alone, clean the kitchen by myself, do inventory, and then do paperwork. And what do you know, four tables decided to come in when their was only like five minutes left on the clock. Fuck me, right?

Also to the lady that complained about not getting enough oysters; you paid for 12 and we gave you 16, you greedy bitch.
