Joe stood before the door leading into the command center, it was open. Accessed from the same 'hub' as the briefing room, but the next door counterclockwise, the CIC was just like any other room in the underground facility. Surprisingly spacious, well-lit, and with mostly clean air. Sophia looked behind her, she was standing in the middle of the room, flanked on each side by occupied desks. The computers on each were dedicated to one NC, and the info being sent from it. Only two were being fully used, with the other three being used for analyzing more detailed information from their transport helicopter. "Joe.", Sophia plainly noted. "Hello. Am I too early?", Joe incquired. "Naah. They're nearly at the combat area. The last few hours have been boring as hell, huh?" "Indeed they have been. Simulations aren't my thing. Is there any unoccupied computer available here?" "...Well, technically. But no, not for you. I'm a bitch, but it'd be rude if I told one of these jockeys here to get up just for your highness." "True, which is why I asked if there is an unoccupied one, but there seems to be none. Do we have any new data on the enemy?" "Not really, no.".She watched one of her little 'minions' screen, noting that they were due for an 'operation start' "Ok then, I have no more questions or other remarks right now." Joe looked at a few images of the railgun, attempting to determine its capabilities. The large, deceptively simple railgun was a beast. The only two uses it'd actually be efficient for Joe could think of was for either anti-orbital work, or for laying waste to entire military bases in single, powerful shots. The modificaions made by Red-Star were hard to notice, making it difficult to discern their nature. It was very hard or maybe impossible to discern the exact capabilities from the images, however, it was definetly possible to discern the maximum possible speed and size of one of its shots, scaled by the size of the railgun. It wouldn't represent an actual shot, but the maximum possible without destroying the railgun with the shot. By his estimations, this thing had enough power in each shell to be a smaller-scale 'weapon of mass destruction', easily enough to kill an NC with a single shell, and blow one hell of a noticeable crater into the roof of a Burrow, easily enough to collapse several blocks, if not more. Its' range was theoretically worldwide, as well. Sophia activated her earpiece. "This is the Captain. Initiate undocking, mission is a go. Little Dragon, counterclockwise. Goldenspur, Clockwise.. Alex had her orders, "Roger, Captain. Good luck, you two.". The helicopter disengaged its' hooks and grabbers, making the two NC's fall gently to the ground, thanks to their thrusters. The Little Dragon and the Goldenspur, while they fell, each had two radio requests. Before even looking at the senders, it was obvious they were from the two enemy NC's.
