Like I stated above, the school will be used to train mech pilots in the event war breaks out. So, expect subjects like history, tactics, etc.

For the 'why'...I'm not really sure how to answer that. Are you asking about the time period? If so, I wanna say that it'll be somewhere in the...2070 decade? Does that sound right?
