Rose mostly wears a black uniform and cape designed for her, reminiscent of older styles. She’s got brown eyes, red hair and a couple of facial piercings. The majority of her body is covered in extravagant tattoos, but the uniform hides them when she wears it.

Criminal Network: Rose has a number of contacts for different things, such as traffickers and dealers for example. Her most trusted are well-armed men and women clad in black uniforms.

Criminal Den: Rose is the manager of a place called the pleasure palace located in Landfall. The main building is a bar and nightclub that anyone is allowed to come too if they dare. There’s a network of basements and tunnels underneath the palace itself, where separate areas are used as gambling hall, drug den, bordello, and strip club for those willing to pay. A private area exists that Rose uses for business dealings and the like.

INFO: Rose and her elite started out as hired muscle for an old Oyuban. A man who’d grown too lazy and confident in his old age. Others were planning to take over what he owned, and an attack eventually happened. The Oyuban who’d made the first move promised he’d let the old man live if he surrendered to them. Rose blew her boss’s brains across a wall before the offer could be declined or accepted, seizing leadership and killing any intruders that didn’t flee. Rose went on to expand what the old man had left her, and the muscle who followed her became known for being well disciplined and organized.
