Chen continued to smile, meanwhile on the inside he was struggling not to vomit. [i]'Oh god, who is this idiot? He's so loud and obnoxious! Whatever, at least I know these guys are looking for Frisk. They'll be useful, maybe I can even use one of them as a hostage.'[/i] Chen quickly scanned the group and nodded. [i]'Probably not though. They're all very strong, I can't take on this many monsters at once. Not even with my [color=Red]DETERMINATION[/color]'[/i] 

Chen quickly turned his focus back to Papyrus and nodded vigorously. "Wow! Thank you so much Mr. Papyrus! You're so kind and brave! Searching for your friend in this long forgotten realm! And yet you still take the time to guide a poor lost soul like me. I can't imagine anyone being that generous." Chen absolutely piled on the praise as he took on a somewhat awestruck stance. "My name is Chen! It's a pleasure to meet you!" Chen walked towards the entrance and looked at the bird monster. "Excuse me sir? Could you possibly help me down? If not it's okay, I brought climbing gear-" He motioned towards his backpack "-but I thought that maybe I could catch a ride with you, since you were offering." Chen was nothing but polite during this entire conversation. Chen wanted to skin this bird alive.
