It's not entirely similar, but there's a tumblr webcomic called [url=http://streetcrows.com/]Streetcrows[/url] where you can send in suggestions, and the author tallies up all the suggestions and has the main character do the most popular or interesting ones. 

There are also 4chan quest games, which Streetcrows is based off of, but I haven't personally tried any of them so I can't vouch for their quality.
