Making people be nice was all good and fine on paper but Takeshi wasn't quite that optimistic. A shitty person would be shitty regardless, and some were bound to take advantage of you trying to be nice to them. There were exceptions of course, he was one of them, but he believed that to hold true for the most part. "Okay, well yeah Viral was one of them too, and I guess those guys in the desert... And those guys on the snow world..." he conceded reluctantly, sighing when Shu went ahead and pointed out even more people, "Alright buddy alright, I get it, people can change. I've just seen a lot of people not change too, you know? Doesn't exactly make me think everyone can be good. And... I don't know what happened to him either, beats me." The guy probably got taken somewhere for all they knew, he wasn't going to waste any energy thinking about it. Chances were he'd show up at some place down the road anyways, or not, he didn't much care. Flushing slightly and stifling a snicker when Shu compared Viral to a cat, Takeshi shook his head before grinning in amusement. "He's not a cat buddy, aside from the time he changed into one. You call him a cat and he'll get pissed, you know that," the older boy warned, finally letting out a snicker despite himself, "The only time I do any touching is when I'm fighting the guy, which hasn't happened in a while. Not like I ruffle his hair like I do with you, right?" Convincing Viral to do anything with her wasn't going to be easy. He seemed to respond to orders though, and while giving orders wasn't something June was a fan of she might just try it. Worst case scenario he would say no, best case he went along with it and maybe they enjoyed themselves. Puffing herself up to try and come across as an authority figure, it wasn't much really, she did her best at being firm and all but demand her son enjoy himself. Watching him as he turned red she waited silently for his reply, stepping back slightly when he flipped out over it. "That's not it at all Viral, no one is trying to make you look like a fool!" June explained hastily, frowning as she stepped forward, "You said you don't know how to refuse orders, so... I figured I could order you to have fun, even if it was a long shot. I'm sorry for giving you something so ridiculous." She couldn't order someone to enjoy themselves anyways, what was she thinking? A person had fun when they decided they were having fun, no one else could tell you as much. Like he had any reason to listen to her anyways, she'd been absent all his life and now expected him to listen as though nothing had happened. Letting out a soft sigh she closed her eyes for a moment before looking at Viral apologetically, a sad smile on her face as she folded her hands together, "I won't try ordering you around anymore, I promise. Can you just try working with me then? I want to help you relax and I don't know how to do that, but I'm trying."
