The first was that it was odd that there was such a high concentration of Japanese demigods in this specific location, as well as a student that successfully spoke their language. While they weren't any more or less represented than any other nationality (after controlling for the school's location, at least), that not one but two new Japanese students would appear here was an oddity. She rather wished she spoke Japanese, as it would be greatly helpful. The second thought was that the newest arrival was being very, very loud. And Athena help her, if he didn't stop in the next few moments... Rebekah took a breath subtly deeper than her previous respiratory volume, and let it out a moment later. She wasn't sure how she had gotten herself wrapped up in such a noisy, irksome situation in so short a time, but now she was stuck. She couldn't easily leave without a valid reason, one she did not possess. So for the moment, she was stuck. "Kindly quiet yourself. Few understand you." She stated towards the loud one, as efficiently as possible. Verbosity was both unnecessary, and undesirable. In lieu of leaving the situation, she would instead attempt to tune out the noise and focus on her original intention. She took a few steps closer to the Ares dorms, bringing her into an easier speaking range, and addressed the Japanese girl directly. "Ms. Harada. As Mr. Highwind was beginning to state, there are several establishments on campus. The main dining hall is east, as I pointed. There is a decent Italian venue that way. There is also a Mexican and a Chinese establishment, of questionable authenticity, but excellent taste." "There are a few others, but those three are my personal favorites. The cafe-bake shop hybridization notwithstanding."
