Ooh, that's a good idea, actually. Then those two examples I gave could actually be connected instead of two separate universes. "Yeah, my dad remembered stories about his great grandfather and how he would go out of his way to defend the meek and the innocent, so when he heard about a group of bandits holding some people hostage, he was determined to follow in my great-great grandad's footsteps and organized a raid on their hideout."
