Hello there! I’m ariplotter; a 20-year-old ballerina with some RP cravings and a lot of free time over winter break. I generally write High Casual to Advanced, and I’m looking for someone who is literate and has similar interests. I’m currently involved with a few RPS, but most of them are moving fairly slowly. If I feel like I’ve taken on enough, I’ll update the Topic with a “Currently Closed” addendum, but there’s always the possibility of it opening up again. I pretty much only RP as a female, and I really prefer RPing with male partners because the possibility of a romance often makes for a better story, and it can help with character development along the way. I’m a fan of all kinds of romance, whether it be love at first sight, friendship blossoming into more, improper but intense sexual tension, or good ol’ “I can’t stand you argh you’re so insufferable oh wait I’m actually really attracted to you take me now”. Also, bear in mind that I find world-building very important; meaning that I want to have an established setting before we jump right into writing. I’m open to light smut and violence, but please, no rape, abuse, etc. If you feel like a more intense scene will add more to the story, talk it over with me and I might be open to it. My main interest is medieval/fantasy adventures, but if you have other ideas, don’t be afraid to make a suggestion. And if we do wind up RPing together, and you have to back out or quit, just be decent enough to let me know instead of dropping off the face of the earth ._. I’m totally open to chatting OOC and planning and figuring out parts of the storyline as we go along. Also, my characters can range from submissive sweetheart to stubborn tomboy to feisty vixen, so if you already have a specific character you want to play with, know that my characters are flexible and I can adjust mine to work with yours. A pair of * means that I’m especially craving this kind of story, bold means that I have a plot in mind, and ( ) indicate the character I would prefer to play. Also, I have many more ideas in mind; these are just the ones I’ve thought of right now. Check back for updates. Thanks for looking! Non-Fandom: [s]*(Female knight) x Prince*[/s] Taken (Princess) x Knight [s]*(Servant) x Noble*[/s] Taken [s]*(Human) x Faerie*[/s] Taken (Human) x Merman (Mermaid) x Prince (Faerie) x Human (Human) x Elf [s]*(Elf) x Rogue*[/s] Taken Fandom: *Harry Potter:*
My idea for this would be to insert our characters into the Goblet of Fire. Basically, our two characters would live through the movie from their OC POVs. The main story stuff would still be happening in the background, but we wouldn’t be as involved with it because we’re OCs. The story would progress through the timeline of the movie, not the book. We can certainly interact with main characters, but the story would focus on us. I’d prefer to be seventh years, so that maybe one or both of us can be hoping to be selected as a champion, and so that romance doesn’t feel weird because our characters are too young.
Avengers:
This one’s a doozy. Loki, on another sinister trip to Midgard, discovers a girl with a high level of psychic abilities. He invites her to become his apprentice, and she refuses. He takes her with him by force, and uses his scepter to control her, but something’s wrong—somehow, she is strong enough to occasionally resist its powers.
Robin Hood (BBC):
A half-Saracen girl loses her father in the war. Before he dies, he tells her to go to Locksley, and that she will be safe if she can find Robin Hood. She draws too much attention to herself in the Holy Land because she has unique looks, due to her half and half heritage. Heeding her father’s advice, she travels to England with her father’s oldest friend, who is killed by bandits. She barely escapes and runs into Guy in the middle of Sherwood forest. He is enamored of her, but he doesn’t trust her, and decides to take her back to Nottingham, where the Sheriff will decide what to do with her. She saves his life by warning him of a bandit, and he grudgingly agrees to present her to the Sheriff as a guest, rather than a prisoner.
Update 12/27/15 Currently have quite a few going. Thanks for your interest! I'll open this back up when the time comes. Update 1/4/16 Open again! :)
