Grant Vale -- Iron enigma basement
Grant shrugged, and nodded with a slight smile. "I think if I really wanted to, I could keep her just about anywhere I wanted to. However, as you might be able to tell, that's not exactly my desire right now." He looked over at Lakota, making a note of how conspicuous she was. "And I assume no one else will hear about what we talked about down here, yes?" He added, before turning and heading to the stairs. He knew exactly where to get a pair of teleportation lacrima for his two new employees, and he didn't planned to be gone long. For the short time he would be away however, the two Mystic Beasts would be alone in each other's company, likely without any fear of someone coming out of nowhere upon them. [@Lugubrious]
Mayt Marris -- Phoenix Wing Hotel
Mayt sighed as he walked back into the Phoenix Wing Hotel Courtyard. His hands were in his pockets, and he looked somewhat disheartened, but he had agreed to come back to the courtyard before leaving. It seemed Cody had a friend with him already, and the S-Class mage waved his hand halfheartedly at them. "Hey." He'd say calmly, coming to a stop a reasonable distance from the others. He would then return his hands back to his jacket pockets, relaxing. "I see James isn't back yet. I hope he comes back soon, I need to head out before too much longer, or I might as well not leave at all today." He would state simply, glancing about the courtyard. [@YamiNoNeko2341][@Lunarlors34]
Mithera -- Dragon Fang Hotel
Mithera sighed, bored already. She wished people would show up already so they could get this show on the road. She didn't enjoy being alone. Especially after years of being connected to Melina. She was amazed that in all that time she never got sick of her. Maybe that was part of the nature of that spell? Or, maybe, because their minds were so closely linked that enough of their personalities 'bled' into the other that they were always, in a way, just right for each other? Mithera shook her head of that train of thought. She was no scholar, and she had no intention of being one. Books and such never interested her, which was too bad, she mused. With her extra-long lifespan she could probably make huge discoveries in magic technologies and learn a whole bunch about magic. She just chuckled to herself, glancing to the door, smiling. She had a number of opportunities that almost no one else had, such as she could probably meet a bunch of people in her life, do a century quest and actually take a century at it. She began to wonder just how long she could make her life last, and she quickly got lost in thought, staring off into space up until she tried propping her feet up, throwing herself off balance, and tumbling to the floor again, shouting a very unladylike word as she hit the floor, followed by a normal: "God damn that hurts, urgh..." [@Zarkun]
