We always do thing we regret, especially in the heat of the moment. And it isn't easy to look back at those moments because we see mistakes. Points in time where we failed. But what you need to realize is that the past, present, or future do not define your self worth. No one or anything on this earth can determine that or diminish it, even when we don't feel like it is true ourselves.
