Well, even without the marriage ties they once had, both the tullies and starks suffered at the red wedding. They have a shared history as well, seeing as they never betrayed eachother. I'd say if the north hopped on the Crakehall train the Riverlands would still follow, even if it took a bit more deliberation. Don't forget Tyget's offer to Lord Jullon as well. And the Vale will follow the Riverlands, it is a nice train of alliance that benefits Tyget in the extreme, the fact they are all honourable and Tyget has a blood claim also helps. I feel like falwell really could beat Wilas personally. I think Payne would have more trouble, though remember both these men are the best swords in the West, save perhaps Tywin. They may not be real Kingsguard named by a seated king, but they may simply be because of no openings in the order as of late and the way they both act. With some exeptions, the Kingsguard tend to be close to exemplars of knighthood, which Neither Payne nor Falwell are. Pure fighting prowess though I feel they are both at least on par with Wilas if not better. (Obviously I am a but biased) I'm loving Daenys is basically Joffrey+Ramsay, or at least getting there! THe ambiton of Joff with his cruelty and sadism mixex with Ramsays uh... sadism and cruelty... itys scary man
