Since nobody was moving, Ken had to act. Though he was against leaving anyone behind, people just weren't getting out fast enough. Perhaps leading by example would work best. Taking Kansas by the hand, he begins to pull her as he runs to the nearest exit that had no infected near it. "Come on, we've gotta go!" He exclaims, more-so to Kansas than to the others, though to everyone nonetheless. "We can TRY fighting them when we know HOW to fight them! For now, we need to get to safety!" It was hard to say where a safe place was in this school, but Ken's goal was the Student Council room. First and foremost, he needed to know that everyone from the council was OK, and secondly, it was the safest place in the school he could think of. On the top floor at the end of the corridor, it had a whole wide range of items within that had to be processed by the council for the clubs. That means whatever miscellaneous items were in there could be used to defend themselves. Additionally, there was the loudspeaker system he could use to hopefully distract the "zombies" and help get students to safety.
