Kil tipped the [i]shit[/i] out of his hand there. But that's alright, it gets us moving. And he actually succeeded in that attack. 

I took a bit of liberty when making my roll, I assumed that Kil would attempt to strike back as well as block the blaster and that required a second roll to beat the shield. Hopefully you all see why I made that choice. Let me know if he would have acted differently.
