Well. Most character-on-character duels will be happening during Free Time events because... Well, duh really. Not all events are going to have duels, and some of those are going to be plot important ones. So that's why I'm kind of rushing to get you people into the first free time event, so you can duel anyone you want.

EDIT: And I don't mind, but your deck isn't going to improve by not dueling.
