The Prequels were definitely a mixed bag for me. What they did right, they did really right, e.g. The fight choreography, most of the effects, most of Revenge of the Sith, and a lot of the actors did absolutely fantastic (Ewan McGregor, Samuel L. Jackson, Frank Oz)...Then, what they did wrong, they did really wrong. E.g. Anakin's entire character, definite overuse of CGI, terrible dialogue writing, especially for the love scenes, Jar Jar Binks, Midichlorians, and how they completely screwed originally badass characters (General Grievous.) The 2003 Clone Wars series was fantastic and portrayed a lot of the severely mistreated characters in a much better light. The Jedi were badass, the Sith were badass, the Clones were badass; it was just a fantastic series. Now, that's not to say the original series didn't have its own faults. The fight scenes, while very emotionally deep and powerful, were nonetheless clunky; especially compared to the choreography used in the prequels. I felt Han and Leia's relationship was a tad bit underdeveloped, but I could roll with it. The Ewoks were absolutely deplorable and the Stormtroopers were terribly portrayed. Elite force of the Empire, my ass xD So, if I had to rank all the films from favorite to least favorite:

The Force Awakens
Return of the Jedi
The Empire Strikes Back
Revenge of the Sith
A New Hope
Attack of the Clones
The Phantom Menace (Aside from Qui-Gon and Darth Maul XD)
