New York City has began to see suspicious things throughout itself, gifted people have not been able to control powers or hide them. The city is beginning to fight back, along with America's chaotic and corrupt government beginning to send in forces of evil to keep the superpowered people at bay. [/center]

Though.. the government has something up their sleeve. The Government is controlled by a super-powered being himself, named Victor. He has a special task force of 'inhumane' people, to destroy the Extraordinary.
