-3 for a LVL 5-6 is already pretty damn godawful, LV 7-8's aren't worth a -4 and you'd need to literally open up with a 9-10 on the second turn + that card, considering it's a -[i]5[/i]. Though I would need to see an example of LV9+ monsters which it would be absolutely broken with, considering there probably are.
