Nova's blessing is probably unnecessary. Fairies already have their cards from the sky. Adding this card would mean they have a pretty strong draw engine since you've already got your custom Parsarth cards which allow you to draw.

Heavenly Wards is broken. Not only does it count as SitS which allows more plays to be done, with cards such as AGENT and NOVA monsters, it also effectively makes every Light Fairy impossible to destroy by battle making them all Gellenduo/Marshmallon at no cost other than just having this card face up on the field. Even the new TOON world card has a cost of activation and use of effect.
