It would be an understatement to say that Nova was throughly surprised as she was roughly shoved to the forest floor. When she had heard the noises of snapping branches and movement within the forest, she had prepared herself to see a Grimm so the heaviness of a body on top of her own was not the plan. She wasn't prepared for that in the slightest. She quickly shoved whoever it was off her person, cursing a bit as she sat up since the hair band holding her braid decided to snap. 

Nova's raven locks now trying to spill from its confines which had her racking her fingers through it to set it free since it was inevitable to come undone anyway. As soon as she heard the voice of the other student her aqua eyes locked onto him with a hard glare, one that would have killed the other where he stood if looks could do so. She took a deep breath and sighed to calm herself, not willing to make an enemy out of the person who would be her partner for the next four years and at least he did look sorry for the unfortunate landing.

She winced slightly as she pushed up to stand, having a few aches and pains from Todd's harsh landing. It was just a few bruises which would be handled in no time thanks to the excessive amount of aura.[color=aquamarine]"Nova. Nova Hail."[/color], she replied in a silvery voice.
