Yes, as long as you make sure you rearrange the bits you have to fit the format.  History, for instance, is hidden from the sheet you submit.

Your semblance, attraction and repulsion at close range, bears some superficial similarities to the friction semblance of Gren Orchid but differs enough so that it's not a problem.  Different powers are allowed to do some similar things.
