Alexander stopped about halfway to the gate. It occured to him that there was a more reliable way to make sure he knew which gate Joshua went to. He tapped Larion lightly on the head and said, "[b]Larion, track Joshua.[/b]" He hadn't taught Larion a lot but he was a fast learner and tracking was one skill that Alex had decided Larion should learn quickly. It only took his ironback a few sniffs before he'd managed to find the scent, quite impressive considering the area, and headed towards Joshua quickly. Pleased Alexander followed quickly and with more assurance than before.
