[b]Physical Appearance:[/b] A very rough and aggressive looking girl. Gabe always looks like the type of girl who'd fight at the drop of a hat - And she is. She's always giving people death glares, and walking around with her fists balled up. When she walks, she empathizes her power, and walks like she owns the place. To say the least, Gabe fits the tough-girl cliche well. She does have a slightly-tomboy vibe when some look at her. Gabe is quite muscular for a girl, having well toned limbs and nice abs. She's almost at body-builder levels. Mostly because she wants to look good to impress the ladies, so she tries her damn near hardest to look like she's got the best body. And boy does it show. Gabe stands an inch (5'5) under the average female height, but is, ironically, heavier than her twin brother, Jake. Because she has more in terms of muscle mass, therefore she's the heavier. Gabe doesn't have that perfect female figure, she has more of a masculine frame than anything. Gabe is Brazilian like the rest of the Valos. Her skin is a dark-brown color, and obviously makes her look foreign. However, she has some horrible scarring due to some power misfires. There are thick, fleshy burn scars on the right side of her body. On her chest, breast, shoulder, right side of her abdominal, her hip, and plenty on her right arm, she has a connected fleshy mass of burns. These scars are horrible - But, fortunately, they are well concealed under her clothing. Gabe's hands are also covered in plenty of burn scars, which is why she keeps gloves on most of the time. One of the first things people notice about Gabe is that she's missing an eye. Her left eye is covered by a leather eye-patch with a bright-red heart on it. Underneath this eye-patch, it's burnt shut. Yeah, in general, Gabe looks like a burn victim. 

Gabe does make up for these horrible imperfections with her overwhelming good looks. Gabriela has pointy and well defined facial features, much her brother. She does look a lot like her brother. She's quite beautiful, in the rough way - Though, the burns and one eye does take away from her looks. Gabe has a rectangle shaped head. Her chin is medium-sized, yet bulky, she has a chin-cleft if one is observant enough. Gabe has some rather pretty eyes - No, eye -  with a brown color. Usually she's got them narrow, throwing hostile glares at people. Her nose is small, and angular, it's tip is pointed, and her nostrils are triangle-shaped. Her lips are thick and full with quite the width, like a woman should be. Gabe's ears are a bit large, and point inwards in a flat sort of way - With the ears being very round. Her forehead is very large and round. Gabe's hair is straight and a brown color. Gabe keeps her hair in a medium-length pony-tail on the back of her head.

[b]Attire:[/b] Gabe dresses heavily enough to cover up her burn scars from sight, but light enough so that she doesn't burn her clothes off once a fight starts. Or else she'd pretty much dress up in the most revealing outfits. Gabe usually has a tough-girl style. Wearing clothing that'd make her look like a bad-ass. Gloves, Sun-glasses, belts with large flashy buckles, that stuff. Gabe tends to wear a bad-ass leather long-coat, because that does a good job. That is when she's out. In private Gabe is almost half-naked all the time, and sometimes even fully naked. Gabe keeps brass-knuckles in her pockets at all times in case of a fight. 

[b][u]Personality[/u][/b]

[b]Outward & Innate Personality:[/b] In terms of personality, most of the time Gabe emanates an aura of "f*ck off." To say the least, Gabe isn't exactly a ray of sunshine. She's quite irritable and easy to annoy, and it's super easy to do either (She'll find a reason in the slightest thing). Her body language tends to show it, as she either frowns, growls or finds something to distract herself with, the very second it starts. She tends to throw out a few comments at the person, usually snarky taunts, less-than-subtle nods, etc. Generally hints that said person is irritating her. When she's had enough, she's not afraid to tell the person to go "be an annoying cunt" elsewhere. Whether it's through words, or action. There are few people she respects, and she begrudgingly says to herself that they're "kinda not a cunt." Generally Gabe is a very aggressive, hot-blooded, girl, that's [i]very[/i] quick to anger. Who's definitely not afraid to escalate things to violence immediately. Never afraid to fight anyone, regardless of strength and abilities. Though, this attitude has gotten her into plenty of trouble in the past. Usually she's talked down by Jake before she can even do anything. She's also never afraid to taunt people, and throw sarcastic comments at them. Gabe speaks with a gruff, dismissive tone, slightly-hostile, to most people. However, around Jake, and pretty girls, she's much nicer and less aggressive. Playfully throwing in jokes and comments. Gabe is a lesbian, and prefers pretty girls that are the complete opposite of herself in terms of appearance. Gabe lacks the concept of subtly, and is brutally honest as anyone can get. She'll never sugar-coat anything, and tell things as they are. She's never afraid to let people know that she doesn't like them, indirectly or directly. Except when it's detrimental to herself. 

Gabe also likes inflicting d*ck-related injuries to her enemies.

[b]Hobbies/Interests:[/b] Gabe likes sports, the kind with fighting. Like boxing, and MMA fighting. She also likes small animals, the snow/cold, music, art, and plenty of other things that aren't purely filler for this section!

[b]Skills/Talents:[/b] Gabe is a capable fighter. She's been trained in quite a few kinds of martial arts. Mostly her main thing is karate, but she has done plenty of Kick Boxing and regular boxing. She also has plenty of experience to back that up. Gabe has played plenty of soccer in the past. She was quite good at it, too. Thus she's agile and quick on her feet. Despite her gruff look, Gabe is also good at a few girly skills. Such as knitting. She's a very good knitter - She'll knit you the world's greatest sweater. She keeps a ball of yarn on her at all times - Usually when she's bored she'll start knitting something. Gabe also knows a little bit about art. She can draw with a pencil... It's basic at the moment, but she'll get better. Gabe is fluent in Portuguese.

[b][u]Abilities[/u][/b]

[b]Power:[/b] [i]Laser Manipulation.[/i] Gabe the living laser show. She is an immensely powerful Energy-type Meta-human capable of widespread destruction. Gabe constantly absorbs the light from around her, and energy from the cosmos above her (Stars, the Sun, etc) and converts it into a laser light. She can fire off laser beams of any size, power, or intensity, and can fire them from anywhere on her body, in a variety of forms. These laser beams are eye-searingly bright and travel at the speed of light - Making them impossible to dodge once they've been fired. These lasers come in three varieties: Heat (Up to 1000 degrees Fahrenheit), Solid/Concussive (Hard as Titanium), and just plain old light - She can learn some other variations. In addition, Gabe is also capable of creating constructs out of her lasers, virtually anything. Swords, whips, etc, and can create barriers to block foes and attacks. However, Gabe isn't skilled in making constructs, and these constructs have to be very small for her to maintain their shape. These lasers are heavily connected to Gabe's emotions, anger and rage bring out the strongest, most unstable lasers, lasers that go beyond the established perimeters and can be much hotter than the limit - But it's a double edged sword. They're harder to control, aim, and other strange things will occur, sometimes they won't stop firing. A calm emotion allows her to easily control her lasers. To supplement her ability; Gabe has a heightened resistance to the temperature, whether it's hot or cold. She'd shrug off what'd burn most people. However, this isn't a complete resistance. Her resistance to the temperatures is better down on the deeper layers of her flesh and bones. Which means her internal organs are protected from getting fried/frozen, but her skin and the outer layers of her body is susceptible to the thermal damage, hence, her scars. If a heat or cold is too much; then it'd damage her. Also, if she shoots too many lasers, then she'd lose her resistance and be as susceptible to damage as anyone else. Gabe can learn how to curb/bend her lasers, to allow her to hit her opponents behind cover. Gabe also has one laser element that she can learn: Freezing lasers. It is also possible for Gabe to learn how to access a limited form of light-manipulation basically. To allow her to create holograms using her lasers and other goodies.

[b]Weaknesses/Limitations/Drawbacks:[/b] The main counter to Gabe's ability are mirrors and reflective surfaces. Either can bounce her lasers away from the intended target, and back at her. Gabe's worse weakness is the anger that draws out the unstable lasers. They can become too unpredictable to use effectively, and at worse can cause Gabe some serious harm. Which is how she got those burns. Gabe's power requires restraint and carefulness, or unnecessary destruction, and friendly fire may occur. Since her lasers are bright, with every use she blinds herself and anyone around her. With excessive use of her powers they will overheat. With each laser that Gabe fires, her body comes that much closer to over heating. There's a few things that can affect this. Rate of use, intensity, and how many laser's she's manifesting. Her emotion also have a factor in this, as unstable lasers make her overheat much faster. If Gabe does overheat, her body turns off her power for awhile. Usually the cool down is a few hours. Any future attempts at using her ability during this period will push back the cool down time greatly. As her lasers are light/heat/cosmic based, metas with abilities relating to those elements can interfere with her ability. Gabe's clothes also aren't fire proof, which means she could be nude if she doesn't careful. Which is something she likes to avoid, and why she dresses lightly. Gabe's aim is affected by the fact that she has one eye, and lacks depth perception and peripheral in her eye.

[b][u]Other:[/u][/b] Forced to go to Academy 218 because in a fit of rage, she caused wanton destruction. She was given an ultimatum; learn to control herself, and her powers, or not have a home to come back to.[/hider]
