[b]Physical Appearance:[/b] Jake is a very attractive boy. He has a slight-feminine feel about his appearance and he does a look a little girly. Nothing that'd classify him as Androgynous. What Jake really looks like is a weakling. He's very skinny, like he does very little to no physical exercise. The kind of person that can't lift weights. Sometimes people get the nerd-vibe from him too. Jake is quite slim, very skinny, with little to no visible muscles or body-fat on him. Which is good since he doesn't want to be fat. His shoulders are a little wide, though. Jake is an inch under the average height (5'9), and is quite lightweight (132 lb). Jake is Brazilian, with his skin being a light-brown color. It's obvious that he's foreign from his skin color and facial features. His skin has a few scars, moles, zits and various other imperfections, but aren't that noticeable. Other than a facial scar he has on his left cheek. It's a thin, red slashing scar that starts under his eye and goes down his cheek. It's from a bet. A good one. Jake has a rectangle shaped head. Jake's facial features are obviously foreign, and squared. Jake has a large, yet bulky, chin. With a sharp, but small, jawline. His eyes are medium sized, are a not-too-notable brown color, and usually have a bored look in them. Jake's ears are very small, point inwards, and are a little pointy at the tip. One thing people will always notice about Jake is that he's well groomed, and has great hygiene. Keeping himself clean at all times, everything really. Jake's hair is a black color, ear-length, and is straight. He keeps it in a neatly slicked back style. Jake has a tattoo on his body, which is also because of a bet. It's a black-ink tattoo that says [i]MADE IN HEAVEN[/i]. It's located on his shoulder.

[b]Attire:[/b] Because of how Jake dresses, it makes it obvious that he's rich. He constantly wears a fancy, flashy attire. Often getting all dressed up for the wrong occasion. Sometimes people get the impression that he's trying too hard, or over compensating for something. Jake wears suits, overcoats, anything as long as it's expensive. Though, he's seen wearing a suit fairly often. On the island, it's pretty chilly. So he tends to wear a coat. Sometimes he'll keep his coat slung over his shoulders - With his arms not in the sleeve, and his sleeves are flapping around. Usually hanging out of his coat/suit is the chain of his treasured pocket-watch. This pocket-watch is golden, and has an intricate, well-made, design. It's [i]very[/i] important to him. If he loses it, he'll absolutely lose his sh*t. Jake needs glasses to see. He wears large, wide, thin-framed, oval-shaped glasses.

[b]Outward & Innate Personality:[/b] A very calm and charismatic teen. For his age, Jake is quite mature and logical. Rarely acting childish unless pushed to it, and always uses his head. He speaks to everyone with kindness, politeness, and respect. He can come off as over-polite, however. Jake is quite moral, and follows the rules. He'll rarely consider doing anything that'd betray this. While he tries his best to be nice; Jake can sometimes come off as arrogant, or egotistical. He doesn't do it on purpose, though, and it only happens sometimes. Plus, he has a habit of overstepping boundaries and going too far - Right when he has the best of intentions. He'll feel a bit of remorse, and try his best not to do it again. Jake can be quite untrusting of some people. Being quite prejudice when it comes to them. He has a fear of being taken advantage of and used as a tool - Since that's something that he [i]really[/i] dislikes. So he's a little paranoid when it comes to some people, and it can be more detrimental than helpful. He's a bit endearing, he has to put of with plenty of things that irritate him or he disapproves of. He's not the type to b*tch about it, though, he'll suck it up. That's another thing, he can lack back-bone sometimes. He'll take things that he should stand up for. Jake likes to be the voice of reason whenever in a group. Trying his best to be the one that talks the group out of something rash or stupid. Sometimes he's listened to, other times have been naught. Thus he's just the kind of person who'd break up fights and heated situations, doing whatever it takes to accomplish this goal. While Jake isn't a violent person, if there was no other way, he'll have no problem with resorting to it. Jake can be quite clever when it comes to it. Stuff like finding loop-holes in deals, figuring out things fast, and guessing motives quite well. He mostly likes to find himself spot-on, but he can make mistakes. On top of that, he's quite adept at lying and tricking people. Jake is Bisexual.

[b]Hobbies/Interests:[/b] Jake is interested in the oriental. Not just women, he likes Asian food, decorations, and etc. Jake is also a fan of instruments, and likes to hang around people who know how to play them. Jake also likes antiques.

[b]Skills/Talents:[/b] A few. Jake has an interest in cooking, thus he's spent a bit of his free-time practicing, and trying to perfect the art. Over time, he's become a very good cook and is acquainted with many cooking terms. Capable of making some pretty good meals. Jake knows how to play the piano quite well. He's no Ray-Charles, but damn he'll be if he practices. He also knows a bit about computers, and can put one together, and take one apart if he was given the opportunity. Jake is also fairly good at social skills, and being a peace maker. Capable of easily talking people down. In addition, Jake is a speaker of Portuguese, Chinese and Spanish. He isn't a master at Chinese, nor Spanish, but he's fluent in Portuguese, he speaks it like it's his first language.

[b]Power:[/b] [i]Pseudo-Existent Illusions.[/i] Jake is [i]the[/i] Master-Illusionist. Jake has the power to craft realistic and complex illusions just by thinking about it. He can craft just about anything his mind and imagination can produce through his illusions. These illusions aren't just your average trick of the mind, or hologram, they can be seen, felt, smelt, tasted and heard. They manifest in reality, instead of the mind. In order words, they're real as anything else. Mental defenses will not allow anyone to see through them, and they will appear in technology (Such as cameras). If Jake puts his mind to it, to say the least, they are very hard to tell from reality, and will require advanced examination to even tell if it's real or not. There are a few ways to destroy his illusions, otherwise only Jake can dispell them. Jake can do quite a bit with his illusions, and he's very adept with his ability. Now, Jake can make his illusions intangible or solid, with several levels of transparency. With his solid illusions having the same durability as what they're replicating. An illusory table would break under the same pressure a real one would. What his illusions cannot do is [i]directly[/i] interact with the real world, nor can they transfer force. An illusion punching someone would have zero effect on them. Jake can freely apply any of the five senses to his illusions. He has absolute freedom here, so he could make an illusory rock smell like the sewer, taste like ice-cream, feel like leather, and sound like a cat meowing. Crazy stuff like that. Jake can use his illusions to turn anything invisible - Usually himself. 

[b]Weaknesses/Limitations/Drawbacks:[/b] There are several ways to see through his illusions - Alternatively destroy them. Energy is the opposition to his illusion. They fade away the moment energy comes in contact with it. It can be any kind of energy, so most Meta-humans can destroy his illusions with ease. Though energy has to be of high intensity to destroy his illusions. His ability is focus-based, break his focus, even for a second, and all the illusions will disappear. While Jake has a high level of skill with his illusions, it takes a effort with the larger, more complex illusions. Imbuing his illusions with multiple senses can be quite a task. Making a large amount of illusions can also strain him. To the point of unconsciousness. He will get better at this as the RP goes along. No matter what Jake creates, his illusions cannot cause people harm, nor can they directly interact with the real world. His power has a direct effect on Jake's mentality. With a power like his, how can he be entirely sure that [i]everything[/i] is real? He sometimes gets the feeling that some things aren't real, and just illusions. Sometimes without a bit of reassurance, he can get a little erratic when it comes to it. Which is why he has his pocket-watch. It's like a Totem Pole from Inception. If he has it, and it's working, then all is well. Without his pocket-watch... Well...
