I'll gladly play if they're removed entirely. (Instead replace them with allowing Anime Only cards.) Toon decks are fun, although super super inconsistant. 

Not drawing first turn though is so stupid. Magic can get away with it because it doesn't OTK with 3 cards, but yugioh? It doesn't work.
