That's an interesting one. As Macabre said, I think there's still place for you, if our lovely Overmistress (Astarael) wills it :p 

That being said, there are a few things I'd like to point out, just for your own benefit :)
One is that the Psychic people aren't very well known, at least not those with real abilities. The Society and such, are hidden from the light of day. For that reason she can't really "Theorize" that her talent manifested when she moved to "a city with a lot of psychics." That is, of course, unless that Theory came to be once she had become a member of the Society? 

Second is how she is more susceptible to other psychics meddling with her mind because she doesn't have a physical barrier. This is mainly just my idea of things, but I don't think she should be more or less vulnerable when she uses her Astral Projection. Psychic abilities are really just mind-stuff, and so being in a body shouldn't affect it. I'd say it shouldn't have any importance for her vulnerability. 

And a final, minor, comment. Your background doesn't mention how she caught wind of the Society, got into it, and so on. Did she get recruited? Did she find it on her own (like Lucie, my character), or anything inbetween. I don't think it's a requirement that it's in there, but I would personally like to know... If only because I'm curious :P
