[@bloonewb]I'm happy to work with anyone who wants to give it a try; we all start somewhere.  On the flip side be aware that this thread will move MUCH slower than any casual or free RP.  Indeed slower than most advanced RPs.  You will have to be patient with us (particularly me) as well.  Once you get a little more detail on the character we can work the rest out.  For reference a lot more history (what has her life been like, why is she now in Prague, how did she come to be a member of the society, etc) and some more detail into her Talent would be a great starting place.
