Jasmine
[@Caits] Jasmine shifted her weight from one foot to another as she nervously glanced around at Peggy's question. "I...don't really remember anything...I think it's my name..." Jasmine responded softly as she continued to stare at the ground. She didn't believe her huh? Not that anyone could really blame her, I mean the girl didn't even know if that was her name or not.
Angela Arthur James Jessica
[@Lugubrious][@Shikaru][@rivaan] Arthur sighed again. Happiness? He ran his hand through his thick hazelnut brown hair before responding to the 'genie' once more. "Happiness you say? I am perfectly happy with my current life as it is yes. Other than some of my friends....annoying behaviour, life is perfectly fine as it is. I don't need somebody poking their nose where it doesn't belong." Arthur narrowed his eyes towards Nero. He didn't trust this man one bit. No cost for a miracle you say? He wasn't naive enough to believe that for a second. There were a few con artists in Shadow Heart and this definitely looked to be the case. Arthur needed some space away from this freakshow...but he couldn't exactly trust Angela here with the genie. And like Jessica or James would stop her...and he was unsure about Janna. Anya seems like she would also do something she might regret. James finally looked over at the genie with his usual bored facial expression. "Suppose one couldn't wish for more wishes could they?" He chuckled at his own little joke. It was a rhetorical question as he already assumed the answer would be no. At this stage Jessica had finally noticed, due to James' chuckling, that there was a new person near them. "Oh hello dear sir, I am Jessica Albert. You?" Jessica got up and curtseyed to Nero before sitting back down. She had even noticed his presence till just now so also missed his introduction. Jessica's newfound acknowledgement of the 'genie' now caused James to chuckle even more and Arthur to sigh again.
Cody
[@YamiNoNeko2341][@Burthstone][@Zarkun][@Amaya Yashia] Cody chewed on his bottom lip slightly before opening his mouth to talk. "I was...just umm...wondering what those surges of magic around the city I felt earlier was. It felt eerie...similar to dark wizards...." Cody trailed off as something behind James caught his attention. "I'm sorry, but I must excuse myself. You seem tired, as do I." Cody bowed respectively to the others before he walked out of the courtyard quickly. He also picked up his discarded coat before throwing it on as soon as he was out of view of the others, allowing his face to be hidden in the shadows of the hood. He walked silently for a bit before pausing behind a pillar and peered around the corner. He could see the girl who had entered his field of vision just before. He could feel something familiar about the girl. He continued to peer around the pillar for a few minutes before taking a deep breath to calm himself. He wasn't sure what this feeling of nervousness which gripped him was, but there was one way to find out. He now walked out from behind the pillar and awkwardly approached the girl. He stopped just short of her and bowed slightly as he introduced himself. "A...umm pleasure to meet you....I...Cody Bloodstein...you?" Cody kept his face down as he went bright red in the face. That didn't sound anything like he had planned it to. Why did everything always go better in his head? He peered upwards to get a better look at the girl while keeping his best to keep his face hidden in the shadows of the hood. Beautiful icy blue eyes that seemed to peer straight through him. Long, silvery hair with what seemed to be blue roses weaved into it. She seemed to make him feel a little nervous....ok very nervous.
