Over the next month, I'm (and Rtron/Lucius if they have time) going to try to work on the cultures. If any player wants involved with an aspect that directly involved or affects their PC, pm me about it. However, keep in mind I'm aiming for a baseline setting so to allow others to be creative and still have union in their IC writing over that area. I'm also going to try to clean up some of the bloods and add more details to the one that seem lacking.
