Name: SCPO. Jacob Archimedes [T118, Mk.6]

Appearance: Light skinned, short red hair, amber eyes. Is almost always seen in his grey/white colored OCEANIC Assault Armor. (http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/MJOLNIR_Powered_Assault_Armor/Oceanic) Stands at 6'11 out of his armor, and 7'3 when in his armor. Out of armor weighs 280 lb., in armor weighs in at around 985 lb.

Age: 28.

Species: Human.

Gender: Male.

Personality: Tactical, and intimidating. First impressions would make a person think that Jacob was a straight-edge military type, but in reality, Jacob is a rogue agent. Past his rough, war torn exterior, Jacob is a kind-hearted guy. He loves animals, and especially loves the ocean. Mess with him, or those who love him however, and you are in for an unpleasant surprise. 

Bio: Created as part of one of ONI's experimental projects, Jacob was supposed to be the toughest of his kind, supposedly rivaling even the Master Chief himself. His work for ONI, however, was short-lived. Having gone AWOL from the Office of Naval Intelligence after he realized that they were corrupt, Jacob disappeared and went into hiding, popping up all around the map, usually combatting covert ONI ops and sabotaging them. Jacob's current location in the universe is unknown.

Abilities: Jacob has incredible physical abilities due to his Spartan Project augmentations. Is equipped with an upgraded Spartan Neural Interface (http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Spartan_Neural_Interface). Is proficient in many different forms of hand-to-hand combat, and with many different weapons. Is immune to the Didact's abilities much like Master Chief.

Name: Rogue 1

Universe of Origin: [Rogue Dimension] (Multiverse)

Capabilities: Access to many of the same resources as the UNSC military has. Is backed by the Master Chief and his allies.

Objectives: To combat and bring down any and all corrupt members within ONI, and the UNSC. 

Members: Headed by Captain. Jack Parker [S118, Information Classified], and Thomas Lasky, Rogue 1 consists of mainly spartans and former soldiers from any of UNSC military branches. Several groups of reformed covenant, including squads of Grunts, Elites, and even Brutes, also follow Rogue 1 in their mission. Other Rogue 1 groups include the Red Rebellion (Jackal Homeworld Rebellion Force), and a group of Engineer class covenant. 

History: After being founded in the wake of ONI and UNSC corruption, Rogue 1 began covertly placing attacks against the corrupt members of the military and government. With the backing of an increasingly large force, and a good portion of the human settlements, Rogue 1 eventually reached it's current status as a full military of its own. Last known whereabouts of the group had its HQ located somewhere out of galaxy.

Name: Halo Universe [Rogue Dimension].

Scale: Galactic War.

Setting: Science-Fiction, set years into the future, roughly following the Halo game universe, taking place after the events of halo 4 and following Rogue 1's story.

History: Getting its name from the fact that Rogue 1 was a direct product of the Universe's creation, Halo's "Rogue" Universe is a branch of the original Halo Universe, the "Rogue Dimension" was created after the events proceeding the Didact's defeat, branching off of the source universe and heading down its own path, and including the creation of a secret ONI funded Spartan VII Experimental program.

Power Scaling: All magic is translated into technology based ability. God level beings whom enter this universe are, mysteriously, stripped of all magical powers or immortality and are instead awarded with technology to roughly mirror their former abilities. The only creatures that would retain magic abilities are those clearly or in some obvious way related to the Forerunners.
