Oh, just open the finished product of any of those generators in GIMP 2, MS Paint, etc, and add labels that way. That's how I've always done it. The simplest way is to just add numbers to the rooms, (basically Photoshop them in though MS Paint and GIMP 2 can do the job) and then make a key off to one side matching labels to numbers.
