Bio: A member of the Royal Guard - he is also a dog. There is literally nothing else to say. He's a goddamn dog. 

Abilities: 

Super human strength and defense:: Thanks to the massive suit of armor, and that dog spear, Greater dogs strength and defense are way higher than that of a normal humans, allowing him to cut down even the most hardest of stale dog biscuits! beware! He's also built like a tank so, he's a great goalie! or someone to take a shot to the chest.

Dog like senses: Like a dogs, better senses when it comes to sight and smell than humans.

Speed: thanks to his dog like mentality, and the suit, he could prove to be quite fast. Just don't say "who's a good boy" he'll ram into you like a steroid rugby player, and then slobber on you to death, if his weight hasn't crushed you first.

[b]Enhanced Senses:[/b] Dio appears to have senses beyond human level, much more powerful than a regular persons five senses. 

[b]Regeneration:[/b] Dio can regenerate his limbs slowly. His incredible vitality is maintained by consuming human beings (or their blood), which he commonly does by piercing them with his fingers and is unable to regenerate his limbs unless he absorbs blood. Like all JoJo vampires, Dio sucks blood through tentacles in his fingers.

Dio is able to pressurize liquid in his eyeballs and then create small openings in his pupils, eventually creating two fluid jets powerful enough to slice through flesh and armor.

A freezing ability enabling Dio to freeze his own body parts and transfer this over to other objects or beings.

[b]Spores:[/b] A parasite that brainwashes. A vampires cells can spawn Evil Implants generated from hair and insert it in the brains of living beings to control them. If someone tries to take out the spore, it will grow tentacles in a attempt to kill both the host and the one trying to remove it. If the vampire wants, he can give permission to someone to activate the spore's tentacles anytime he wants if close to it.
