I wouldn't say we'll have a lot of it before we get to the "meat" of the story. But yes. I expect some chatter in the OOC about how characters will interact because most everyone (but the Romulan) would have spent at least a few days on the ship already getting used to the crew. Some of you might even decide your characters knew each other before your current assignment.
