Once the Doctor swallowed she said "I am over 900 years old, and my native language is Gallifreyan. I am from the planet Gallifrey, it is gone now, locked away and I can never return there." Anger and sadness filled the Doctor's face for a moment, and then the old woman came over with a plate and 'toast'. She handed the Doctor a fork and knife and a small cup of what appeared to be honey.
