I edited my CS. his defensive zone is basically all defense and by no counterattacking I meant that Ninko himself is unable to do it and is entirely focusing on defense with no way of attacking back. I also added that it is useless against elemental ninjutsu since it is mainly used as a counter against weapon attacks and taijutsu.

Basically if you send a fireball jutsu at him then he's still going his ass burned.
