Well, they can rise early every day, have some time to get dressed (we can have them sleep in lighter clothes than they normally dress in, for some of them), go to breakfast, report for classes, have lunch, report for exercises (the classes and exercises would vary a bit by race), get their massages after exercising (once a day for them would be required, but any more than that is optional, is that a good idea?), then they have free time, and if they need more massage therapy, they can get it later in the day. Then they can have dinner, a bit more free time, then go to bed to be up early again the next day. And they will have physical and educational test days every month. How about a physical examination day (sports, check-ups, tournaments) one the first of each month, and educational tests on the 15th of every month. And a few days off every now and then.
