I was impressed with the custom jutsu on Nori to be honest. They were quite good but were very simple at the same time - contrary to most custom jutsu which seem to try and be as complex as possible. So yeah, it was a welcome change and they were really well balanced. I desperately tried to find something to nitpick but couldn't find anything so that's good.
