I'm thinking that Umary will be inside with the delegates, maybe not in the same room as [i]Lord Whatever his name is[/i] but maybe in another room to stand guard and erect a barrier if needed be over various minor officials with a few other shinobi. Are there any red sages inside said building at the start?
