[Rule 3.06] Forbidden abilities include the following: Blood Manipulation, Darkness Manipulation, and Time Manipulation. Additionally all the basic element (Fire, Water, Air, Plant, and Earth) manipulation are banned for Hyperhuman players. In the VIGILANCE Universe these abilities belong to the mysterious Magni, not Hyperhumans. Lastly while [u][i][b]flight is a perfectly acceptable power, it will not be permitted through the use of telekinesis under the principle of 'You can't lift yourself by your own bootstraps.'[/b][/i][/u]
