1.) I have a template that I wanted you guys to go by. If you want to go ahead and get started, I would be happy to post it. 

2.) The history of the nation is up to you, really. It's not required. As for what I'm really looking for, seeing as it's hard to explain, just look [url=http://www.roleplayerguild.com/topics/86991-when-royalty-collides-closed-for-now/ooc]here[/url] xD I really can't explain it, sadly. 

3.) I was thinking maybe the ages be from say... 17-21? Depending on what you guys think perhaps 16-21?
