That is fair enough. I was only suggesting my AU, which I thought would fit with the theme. Though I can certainly see that GM wanted another direction and that's perfectly fine. I'd be more than glad to join this regardless as the RWBY world is absolutely fascinating. I also agree that the school idea is done to death, but you never know what to expect and often in threads like this, ideas are being bounced around, no?

Also, my favorite character is Sun Wukong. I have to say, Mercury is moving up there as of volume three.
