At Billie or Jackie? Logan will just nod a little letting go of Clary, but he'll give a dirty look to Jackie and Devin. I can see Jackie yelling after him. Because she will be even more pissed, that he is leaving with Billie. And he'll just kind of smirk ignoring her.
