[color=gray][i]Violet was the lovechild of Felix Burton and Naomi Calisto. Her father was a movie star who, before the birth of his daughter, tragically died from an overdose at the age of 25. Naomi, only 22 at the time, raised Violet by herself. She grew up in her mothers hometown in Colorado, living just down the road from her grandparents. With her mother working all the time Violet was usually alone or with her grandparents. Passionate about art from a young age, she was encouraged by her mother to build upon her natural talent and perfect her ability by painting every day. It was just about the only thing she was interested in considering the fact that Violet has always been very shy and didn't interact with other kids her age too often. Despite the fact that she did not have many friends, she always appreciated the small miracle of another person making an effort to get to know her. When she turned 16, her mark appeared in the middle of her chest. She was whisked away to the Academy as a result, and though it's been a very odd time for her, Violet has enjoying the new experience so far.[/i][/color]
