I would be down for this- though it would be a really, really small scale one, mind. I like to think of Torrentpass and The Prince's Pass, the two main borders as the biggest places where it can occur, between perhaps a few dozen men just generally fighting. They are normally pretty safe, but it's like North and South Korea at times, and all it takes is one or the other vassal house to pick a fight, just for a castle or two, something that Lord Tyrell or the Princess of Dorne can't really easily micromanage- just when Garland is sending a letter back to say that he wants to appease them a bit. 

Wait, or do you mean some other battle scene? I'm confused :P
